Employee Connectivity

A key component of the eImagine philosophy is connectivity. We work hard to create an organization that employees are proud to work for, that challenges them and that cares about the community.

That’s why we not only encourage employees to get actively involved in their communities, we make it a critical component of each employee’s performance evaluation. Staff members of all levels are encouraged to spend personal time every month on community-giving activities—not just writing a check—which can include pro-bono work, taking a lead role in a fundraiser or becoming a board member.

Recent Community Involvement

In 2008, eImagine employees played key roles in:

  • The Red Cross: After years of being involved with the Red Cross as a donor, one of our developers toured the Red Cross office. He quickly realized how important it is to be truly “present” to really make a difference. He now works as a voluteer responding to house and apartment fires.
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk To Cure Diabetes: Several employees recently participated in the walk and raised money to help fund research.
  • The 2008 FedEx Plane Pull to Benefit the Special Olympics: For the third year in a row, a team of eImagine employees managed staging operations for the Indianapolis plane-pull event.
  • Special Olympics Web Development: The Indiana Special Olympics was the first participant in our Community Connectivity Program.
