Joel Russell founded eImagine Technology Group in 1998 after a successful career in both the technology and financial services sectors. He is an energetic entrepreneur who brings to the company a passion for excellence and a solid foundation in technology and business best practices. He embodies the eImagine philosophy that empowering employees to improve their personal and professional lives, their working environments and their communities makes the difference between a good company and a great company.
Joel is the driving force behind the company’s vision and success. He oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations including financial management, new business development, service line strategy and process development, while maintaining regular contact with each employee.
Prior to founding eImagine, Joel served in management capacities with companies such as a leading application development venture in Chicago and an investment bank in New York City. He is a graduate of Stanford University.
Joel resides in Indianapolis with his wife and four children where he is an active member of the community. He is a member of the board of directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Indiana chapter and is a member of the JDRF corporate development committee. Additionally, he is also a member of the board of directors of NPower Indiana and is a registered member of the Combined Federal Campaign, which promotes fundraising in the Federal workplace.
Scott Crane joined eImagine in 2001 as a technical lead and quickly advanced to a vice president role. He manages the company’s internal operations and technical resources and serves as team lead on client development projects. Scott oversees financial service development projects where he leverages his expertise in project management, IT lifecycle development and communication.
Scott's process, analytical, team-building and client service skills have been refined throughout his 20-year career with national companies such as North American Van Lines, where he served as a senior analyst, and Nims Associates, where he was a senior consultant.
Scott holds a B.S. in computer science from Purdue University. He resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife and two children. He is passionate member of his community where, for several years, he has lead eImagine teams in staging events at the FedEx Plane Pull to benefit the Special Olympics.
Eric Crane joined eImagine Technology Group in 2002 as a senior consultant. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to technical manager, director and subsequently vice president where he is primarily responsible for overseeing application development projects for government financial markets. In this role, he is a key member of the eImagine executive team where he specializes in resource management, technical excellence, quality control and communications.
Eric is actively involved in developing eImagine’s government financials market. He refined his project management and technical skills in prior positions with large national organizations such as Cooper Tire & Rubber; Booz, Allen & Hamilton; and SOZA & Company.
Eric holds a B.S. in computer information systems, operations management and business process management from Indiana University. He currently resides in Westfield, Indiana with his wife and two daughters. Eric has lead eImagine teams in key roles at the FedEx Plane Pull to benefit the Special Olympics.
Brian Bewley is an entrepreneur, business leader and technology professional who brings over 20 years of experience and a diverse set of skills to eImagine. As vice president he is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients and partners such as Microsoft. He also drives strategy for eImagine's commercial business, mobile application development, and products like Tenpointsix.
In 2004, Brian founded Sundown Support, an IT consultancy specializing in Microsoft business solutions, security, network infrastructure and Web-enabled applications. He grew Sundown into a profitable business that was acquired by eImagine in 2009. Brian also served as vice president at Buztronics, Inc., senior consultant with Integrated Network Strategies and Banc One Mortgage and director of technical services at Cybertek, Inc. He has played a pivotal role in architecting complex applications for clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Banc One Mortgage and the Indiana Department of Education.
Brian is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Business Solutions Specialists. He holds a B.A. in communications from Columbia College of Chicago and lives in Pittsboro, Indiana, with his wife and four children.
Emily Lefebvre brings a decade of human resources management and recruiting experience to her role at eImagine. As a key member of the executive team, she is responsible for refining and promoting eImagine’s culture, developing competitive benefits and compensation strategies, acting as an employee resource, facilitating company-wide communication and devising and implementing strategies for attracting, screening and retaining top talent.
Emily brings to eImagine a passion for empowering each employee to create his or her ideal work environment in which her or she sees limitless possibilities. She is a champion of the concept of community connectivity in both her personal life and the eImagine organization. Emily enjoys all aspects of human resources, especially getting to know prospective candidates and introducing them to eImagine’s dynamic culture. She gained experience in a variety of recruitment and HR roles with nationally known retailers Nordstrom’s and Galyan’s.
Emily is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in retail management. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband and three boys.
